Tooling processing can be customized according to the needs of different products, respond quickly to market demand and produce tooling that meet specific requirements.

We can design the tools according to the sheet metal samples provided by customers, and can process according to the 2D and 3D drawings provided by

customers.

Diversity of Material Selection

Tools processing has flexibility in material selection, we can choose the right material according to the product demand to meet different performance and cost requirements. Our standard punches are made of high speed steel material-M2 made in China, and we also have Japanese imported high speed steel material-AHP available. If there is a higher demand, we can use better material-powder steel and the best alloy-steel material.

All of them can be coated, i.e. TICN coating, which can increase the surface smoothness and improve the service life by at least 3 times.
