Core Features of S90 Slitting Tools
*Rapid Tool Adjustment: The S90 system is known for its "Quick-Set" or similar adjustment mechanisms. This allows operators to compensate for punch regrinding without using shims, maintaining the correct shut-height.
*High-Speed Steel (HSS) Construction: Punches are typically made from premium HSS (like M2) to withstand the high hit rates (up to 900+ HPM) of modern Strippit machines.
*Fully Guided Stripping: For slitting and nibbling, the D station uses a guided stripper that holds the material flat against the die. This prevents "sheet pull-up" and minimizes lateral deflection of the slitting blade.
